In the mid-to-late sixties, Edwin D. Kline and his brother, William S. Kline, redeveloped some commercial properties, including Station Plaza, in the Town of Fairfield.  They received accolades from Town Leaders for revitalizing buildings in Fairfield's Historic District.

In 1977, LANTERN HILL became Edwin's legacy.   LANTERN HILL has been owned and operated by the EDWIN KLINE FAMILY for more than four decades.  Today it is managed by second and third generation adult children who continue to offer professionals, small businesses, and non-profits affordable office space in the heart of the quintessential New England Town of Fairfield.
